These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Event Kraft website (the "Site"), operated by Gracia Marcom ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, submitting a quote request, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Event Kraft supplies wholesale-priced, customised event merchandise — including but not limited to trophies, backdrops, apparel, signage, print collateral and gifting items — primarily for corporate events, product launches, galas and trade shows. Product images on the Site are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly in colour, finish or size due to customisation and manufacturing processes.
Where you upload a logo, design or artwork for customisation, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We are not responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from artwork supplied by you. Digital proofs will typically be shared for approval before production begins; production timelines start only after proof approval.
Orders are currently accepted on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Online payment options will be added in the future. We reserve the right to require partial or full advance payment for large or highly customised orders, which will be communicated to you before production begins.
Estimated dispatch timelines (e.g. 5–7 business days) are indicative and may vary depending on order complexity, quantity and location. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production/customisation has started. Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation charge covering costs already incurred.
We currently do not deliver to certain countries or states as indicated at checkout. This list may be updated at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Kraft / Gracia Marcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, including but not limited to loss of business or event delays.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
